Yadav, who had reached the CA chair's office, Singha Durbar, with another CA member of his party Jagat Yadav verbally informed CA chair Nemwang that he would come to the parliament on Wednesday and asked him to allocate a bench for his party.
CA chairman Nemwang told Yadav to give a written application and so that he could table it at the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee.
The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of the CA had recommended on October 6 to cancel the CA membership of Matrika Yadav and Jagat Yadav as they had left the party they represented while becoming the CA member. However, the CA has not taken any decision on this yet.
His mother party the Unified CPN (Maoist) had filed a letter at the CA secretariat on August 3 requesting the cancellation of Yadav duo's CA membership.
Yadav had announced he had left UCPN (Maoist) opposing the merger of CPN (Maoist) with Janmorcha to form the Unified CPN (Maoist) on February 11.
Another lawmaker Jagat Yadav had joined him later. nepalnews.com
