KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has published today’s exchange rates for foreign currencies, with most rates remaining unchanged compared to previous days.
This means foreign currencies will be traded at the same prices as before.
According to the central bank’s published rates, the buying rate for one US dollar today is Rs. 139.59, and the selling rate is Rs. 140.19.
The same exchange rates were observed yesterday. On Magh 25 (Friday), the buying rate for one US dollar was Rs. 139.83, and the selling rate was Rs. 140.43, marking the highest rate for the US dollar in the Nepali market so far.
For other major currencies, the buying rate for one Euro today is Rs. 144.90, and the selling rate is Rs. 145.52.
The buying rate for one Pound Sterling is Rs. 173.84, and the selling rate is Rs. 174.59.
For the Australian dollar, the buying rate is Rs. 87.70, and the selling rate is Rs. 88.08.
The buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar is Rs. 452.27, with the selling rate at Rs. 454.22.
Additionally, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar is Rs. 370.27, and the selling rate is Rs. 371.86.
