KATHMANDU: The price of gold, which had already increased by seven hundred rupees per tola on Tuesday, has surged further today.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, the price of gold has risen by an additional one thousand one hundred rupees per tola, now trading at one lakh seventy thousand five hundred rupees per tola.
Yesterday, gold was priced at one lakh sixty-nine thousand four hundred rupees per tola, marking a significant rise today.
In addition to gold, the price of silver has also gone up. Silver has seen an increase of 15 rupees per tola, with today’s trading price reaching one thousand nine hundred eighty-five rupees.
The price of silver was one thousand nine hundred seventy rupees per tola yesterday.
