Gold price sees slight increase in domestic market

KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market surged by Rs. 4,200 per tola on Friday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold is currently being traded at Rs. 197,100 per tola. On Thursday, the price of gold stood at Rs. 192,900 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also increased. It rose by Rs. 15 per tola, bringing the current rate to Rs. 2,165 per tola, as per the Federation.
