KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) fell by 11.64 points to settle at 2699.81 points on Thursday.
Today, while the NEPSE rose by 0.42 percent, trading has increased. On Wednesday, a turnover of 8 billion rupees was recorded, and 18.68 million shares worth 9.24 billion rupees were traded today.
Today, the NEPSE has decreased, and the share prices of 74 companies have increased, while the share prices of 160 companies have decreased. The share prices of 9 companies have remained stable.
Today, 315 companies have come into trading, and 92,326 shares have been bought and sold. All the groups except Finance have closed at 2,722.39 points. Today, the Finance group has increased by 1.58 percent to 2,722.39 points.
The highest-trading group today was the Development Bank group, which fell 1.53 percent to 5,725.44 points. The lowest-trading group today was the Development Bank group, which fell 0.11 percent to 4,358.25 points.
