KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index has dropped by 2.79 points to 2,609.05. The NEPSE index has also seen a decline today for the last six trading days.
According to the NEPSE, 16.97737 shares of 309 companies were bought and sold 79,893 times, resulting in a transaction of Rs 8.59221,312.61. Today, while the share prices of 100 companies increased, 145 companies decreased, which is in a stable state.
Today, the share price of Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited has entered a positive circuit. Similarly, the share price of Chhabdi Hydropower Limited has increased by 9.99, Wean Nepal Laghubittiya Sanstha Limited by 9.53, Nepal Reinsurance Company by 8.41, and Barahi Hydropower Public Limited has increased by 7.32 percent.
Today, the share price of Corporate Development Bank Limited fell the most by 8.71 percent. Nepal Reinsurance Company also saw the highest share turnover of Rs 703.7 million.
