Police have arrested Rama Shankar Sah, 38, of Bara Simraungadh Municipality-8 on Monday evening from Dakshinkali-5, Pharping, Kathmandu.

While searching the Tata Sumo vehicle (No. 1 Ja 7208) heading towards Kathmandu from Kalaiya of Bara, police found 13 kilograms of, what looked like, silver in the vehicle and arrested Sah.

Police are conducting further investigation in this regard.
