KATHMANDU: Journalist Dil Bhusan Pathak has filed a petition at Patan High Court seeking to halt an arrest warrant issued against him in a cybercrime case.
The Kathmandu District Court issued the arrest warrant after Pathak, in his video, linked Jayavir Deuba—son of NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba—to the Hilton Hotel case.
A hearing has been scheduled at Justice Rishi Raj Bhandari’s bench, but it’s unclear if the case will be heard today. Pathak has remained out of contact since the warrant was issued.
