KATHMANDU: Amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, the Embassy of Nepal in Israel has issued a public advisory urging Nepali nationals residing in Israel to prioritize their safety and remain vigilant.

The embassy’s social media announcement highlighted the importance of staying updated with safety protocols issued by the Israeli Home Front Command. Nepalis have been advised to follow the latest guidelines available through the Israeli National Emergency Portal and to stay close to shelters or safe refuge areas.

“In view of the recent developments in the region, the Israeli Home Front Command has issued new public safety instructions,” the embassy stated. “We earnestly request all Nepali brothers and sisters to stay informed about the latest local security protocols, adhere to those protocols, and remain close to shelters or areas with secure refuge facilities.”

This advisory follows a surge in military activities in the region, including a recent Israeli strike inside Iran, raising concerns about possible conflict escalation. The embassy encourages Nepali nationals in Israel to exercise maximum caution and maintain contact with embassy officials for ongoing updates.
