KATHMANDU: Veteran Hollywood actress Demi Moore has been named the world’s most beautiful woman in 2025. The prestigious People magazine has featured her on the cover, declaring her the most beautiful woman.

In an interview with the magazine in isolation, Moore discussed aging, self-esteem, and her return to Hollywood. She has cracked into the list, which has been previously dominated by names such as Angelina Jolie, Beyoncé, Zendaya, the Kardashians, Taylor Swift, and the Hadid sisters.

Moore has won prestigious awards like the ‘Oscar’ and ‘The Golden Globe’. While she didn’t win an Oscar this season, she was widely regarded as a popular choice. Nonetheless, she secured the title of the world’s most beautiful woman.
At 62, Moore is one of the oldest recipients of this honor. She appears on the magazine’s digital cover, where the focus is on how she maintains her physical fitness and confronts the challenges of aging. People magazine will release this special issue on May 5, featuring Moore in a royal blue dress, showcasing her style.

Besides performing, Moore is also actively involved in social work. She is best known for playing the leading characters in ‘Ghost,’ ‘Disclosure,’ and ‘A Few Good Men’ in the 1990s.

Moore went to Nepal in April 2014 and interacted with four Nepali girls who were rescued after being trafficked to India. She visited the birthplace of Buddha at Lumbini and spent some time at Maiti Nepal, learning about the condition of human trafficking.
