KATHMANDU: Director Krisha Chaulagain, known for her work in Pitambar, is now preparing for a brand-new movie. This upcoming project will not be a sequel to Pitambar but will feature a fresh story and a new set of actors. The film is expected to release in Falgun, 2082 B.S.

A photo released on Tuesday showed Krisha with popular actor Anmol KC and cinematographer Purushottam Pradhan. Sharing the photo, Pradhan wrote, “Coffee date with megastar Anmol KC.” Another picture shared by film distributor Rohit Kattel also hinted at a possible release in Falgun.

Anmol KC clarified that the meeting was only a discussion about a new film idea. “Nothing has been confirmed yet. We just talked about the concept of a new action movie,” he said.

Anmol mentioned that it was his first meeting with Krisha Chaulagain, and he found the discussion to be positive. If things move forward, there could be a collaboration between them.

Meanwhile, Anmol is also planning a movie under his own production. The script is already completed, although the title is still undecided.

His last film, Farki, was a commercial success, ranking eighth among the top ten highest-grossing Nepali films of 2081 B.S. His next film, Jerry on Top, is currently in post-production and will be released soon.
