The highly anticipated sequel to the hit 2018 film A Simple Favor, titled Another Simple Favor, is set to make an exciting debut at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas, on March 7, 2025.

Following its grand premiere, it will be available for streaming on Prime Video starting May 1, 2025.

Directed once again by the inimitable Paul Feig, the sequel reunites Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively as the iconic duo, Stephanie Smothers and Emily Nelson.

This time, the thrilling mystery unfolds in the stunning backdrop of Capri, Italy, where Emily is preparing for a glamorous wedding to a wealthy Italian businessman.

As the lavish party kicks off, dark secrets begin to emerge—an art theft, threatening calls from anonymous sources, and shocking revelations from Emily’s past turn their world upside down.

Director Paul Feig shared his excitement, saying, “I couldn’t be more proud to be back at my favorite festival in the world, where we premiered Bridesmaids and Spy. Being included on opening night is an absolute honor.”

The film also stars Henry Golding and Andrew Rannells, with exciting new cast members Allison Janney and Michele Morrone joining the lineup.
