Bhuwan K.C. is one of the most famous actors in the Nepalese arena of entertainment, being an actor, director, producer, singer, and politician all at once has contributed much to Nepali cinema and the wider cultural world of the country. He has also ventured into the political field by being the chairman of the Film Development Board, which he took up in 2022. Early Life and Career Beginning

Bhuwan K.C. was born on September 17, 1956, in Nepal. He initiated his journey into the showbiz world since his very early age. Since his childhood at age 10, K.C. started off with his singing profession from Radio Nepal, which turned out to become a part of many hits including Jage Sara Raat, Aru Kalo Rail Ko Dhuwale and Mayalu Timi Tadha. Transition to Direction and Production

Apart from acting, Bhuwan K.C. tried his luck with film direction and production. Having his directorial debut with the movie ‘Dreams’ in 2016 was another big thing for him in the industry. This movie starred his son Anmol K.C., and gained commercial success. The movie also earned K.C. an award as Best Director during the 2016 National Film Awards.
