KATHMANDU: A new film titled Kathmandu Corridor will be produced through collaboration between emerging filmmakers and recent graduates.

Directed by Suraj Katuwal, known for his work on short films and the popular Unko Sweater, the project is presented by Miraj Motion Pictures along with Junko Pictures.

Cinematographer and producer Ujjal Bastakoti, recognized for award-winning short films, will oversee filming starting second week of Jestha.

The production aims to support new talent by providing technical resources and fostering close collaboration between the director and cinematographer.

The cast includes several new actors such as Shantidoot Pandey, Anjasa Rizal, and Deepak KC. The crew features professionals handling editing, casting, art direction, and production management.

The film is expected to serve as a platform for fresh filmmakers to showcase their work with a small, dedicated team.
