‘Ke Ghar Ke Dera: Ghar No. 2’ Releasing This Friday, Advance Booking Opens with High Number of Shows

KATHMANDU: The much anticipated Nepali film Ke Ghar Ke Dera: Ghar No. 2 is all set to hit the screens this Friday. Advance booking of the film has already begun, and it has reserved a high number of shows in the major multiplexes.

The country’s largest multiplex chain, QFX, has listed 25 shows in Kathmandu and 22 shows outside the valley, a total of 47 shows in its theaters. INI has provided 15 shows in its four theaters, and One Cinemas has provided four shows in its Kalimati theater.Fcube Cinemas has offered four shows as well. But the number of screenings ultimately may rely on demand.

Distributor Karan Shrestha stated that several theaters are yet to finalize their shows and that by Thursday morning, showtimes across the country will be confirmed. ‘Ke Ghar Ke Dera: Ghar No. 2’ is directed by Dipendra K. Khanal, which has generated a great deal of buzz, with the production house expecting the box office collection of the film.
Ke Ghar Ke Dera: Ghar No. 2 features Khagendra Lamichhane, Nischal Basnet, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Aryan Sigdel, Keki Adhikari, Prakash Ghimire, Srijana Napit, Sanjog Rasaily, Rubina Ghimire, Suraj Bista, and others.The story has been written by renowned author Buddhisagar.

Produced by Apple Entertainment, A plus Entertainment, and Natraj Creation, the film’s executive producer is Yuvraj Karki, with Nakim Uddin, Sharad Shrestha, and Kiran Maharjan serving as producers.
Ke Ghar Ke Dera: Ghar No. 2 explores the themes of homes and rentals depicting the dreams of those without a home and the struggles faced by those who already have one.
