KATHMANDU: Two of India’s most popular reality shows, Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi, are reportedly changing their broadcast platform. According to several Indian media sources, the production company Banijay Asia, has decided to move away from Colors TV. So far, Bigg Boss has been hosted by superstar Salman Khan, while Khatron Ke Khiladi has been directed by action filmmaker Rohit Shetty. Both shows have been airing successfully on Colors TV for years.

As per the news portal Money Control, the upcoming seasons of these shows are likely to be aired on Sony TV. The reason for the switch is said to be creative disagreements between the production team and the channel.

Due to this change, there could be a delay in the launch of the new seasons. Since the next season dates are still uncertain, many celebrities connected to the shows have started taking up other projects.

Reports also suggest that the contestants of Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 15 were expected to travel to an international destination in May—known for its intense stunt locations.

According to Zoom and TeleTalk India, the confirmed contestants for the upcoming season include Avinash Mishra, Isha Malviya, Munawar Faruqui, Auri, Khushboo Patani (sister of actress Disha Patani), and professional boxer Neeraj Goyat.
