Now, rumors of Main Hoon Na 2 are swirling, with reports confirming that the script is already in development.

According to Pinkvilla, Farah Khan is currently working on a script that would be perfect for the sequel to the cult classic.

Insiders close to the project reveal that Shah Rukh’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, is heavily involved, just as it was in the first film.

Sources say Shah Rukh is thrilled with Farah’s concept for the sequel. She has been collaborating with her writing team and in-house writers at Red Chillies to craft a strong storyline.

SRK is reportedly pushing the team to make the script even tighter than the original. The first draft is expected to be ready by mid-2025, with a final decision to be made soon.

Fans are already buzzing on social media, eagerly awaiting the return of their favorite superstar in one of his most iconic roles.

Shah Rukh and Farah have previously teamed up on films like Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om, and Happy New Year—and if this sequel comes to fruition, it will mark their fourth collaboration.

Meanwhile, SRK is gearing up for his next big project, King, directed by Siddharth Anand, which is set to release in 2026.

Additionally, Pathaan 2, part of the Yash Raj Films’ extended spy universe, is also in the works and currently being scripted.
