A young woman who was staying at a hotel in Butwal‘s Golpark has been found dead. She was found hanging in a room at a hotel in East Palpali on July 10.

The deceased has been identified as Sadiksha Gurung, 21, a resident of Butwal Ward No. 2, as per the police report. The relatives of the deceased have taken the body to Lumbini Provincial Hospital for postmortem.

A youth living with the deceased has been arrested and further investigation is underway, police said.
