Police in Kailali district on Tuesday morning arrested a youth in possession of a red panda skin from Geta Community Forest in Godawari Municipality-5.
The arrested has been identified as Amar Dhami, a 23-year-old resident of Bitthad Rural Municipality-5 in Bajhang district.
He was caught with the red panda skin in the community forest. Acting on a tip-off, security personnel deployed from the Dhangadhi-based Federal Police Unit Office nabbed him in possession of the skin.
Dhami has been handed over to the Malakheti-based Area Police Office for further action, informed Federal Police Office, Kailali.
