KATHMANDU: The government will present its Policy and Program for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS (2025/26) on May 2.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli shared the schedule during a CPN-UML parliamentary party meeting held on Saturday.
“We plan to present the Policy and Program on May 2,” said PM Oli, adding that a follow-up meeting will be held on May 3 to gather feedback from party leaders and subject experts.
The Policy and Program serves as the foundation for the annual budget, which is traditionally tabled in Parliament on Jestha 15 of the Nepali calendar each year.
