According to the District Police Office of Chitwan, a brick-laden truck, en route to Kathmandu from Sarlahi, caught fire.

The police office sources said fire broke out in the moving vehicle due to a short circuit in the battery. The Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of Chitwan, Narahari Adhikari, informed that the truck caught fire at 6:00 am this morning. The fire completely damaged the truck.
