These changes in the traffic routes have caused major congestion on the diverted roads, creating severe inconvenience for commuters. Vehicular movement has been restricted around Maitighar, Babarmahal, and New Baneshwor following the RPP’s announcement to focus its protest near the Bijuli Bazar Bridge, a prohibited area for the demonstration.
