KATHMANDU: Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal has left here for Myanmar on Wednesday.

Chair Nepal left for Myanmar at the invitation of Myanmar Narrative Think Tank to participate in Myanmar Beyond-2025: Navigating Challenges and Opportunities in the Multipolar World Forum’.

During his one-week stay in Myanmar, he is scheduled to visit various leaders of Myanmar and hold discussion on the matter of bilateral interests.

Party’s senior vice-chairperson Rajendra Pandey has been assigned the responsibility of Acting Chair of party during Nepal’s absence.
