HoR: Ministers to address MPs’ queries in today’s meeting

KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives (HoR) session of the Federal Parliament is set to continue today at 11 a.m. at the Parliament Building in New Baneshwor.

During the meeting, ministers responsible for the Ministry of Home Affairs; the Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens; the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport; and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development will respond to questions raised by Members of Parliament.

Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka will also propose a discussion on the Water Resources Bill, 2081, accompanied by a report from the Infrastructure Development Committee. He will further seek approval to pass the bill.

Additionally, the Speaker will present a letter from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers regarding new responsibilities assigned to the House.
