KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives (HoR) is scheduled to make a decision on the government’s annual policies and programs this Sunday.

President Ram Chandra Paudel had presented the policy and program during a joint session of both houses of the federal parliament on May 2.

As the vote approaches, the ruling CPN-UML has issued a party whip, instructing all lawmakers to be present and support the document.

Chief Whip Mahesh Bartaula emphasized the necessity of full attendance, citing the importance of the decision.

Deliberations on the policies and programs concluded today, clearing the way for Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to address lawmakers’ questions before the crucial vote on Sunday.
