KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives (HoR) under the Federal Parliament is set to convene today. The session will be held at 11 AM at the Parliament Building, New Baneshwor.
On the agenda, Speaker Devraj Ghimire will read out a letter from the President’s Office concerning the certification of a bill.
Additionally, the Tilganga Netra University Bill, 2081, which originated in the National Assembly and has been returned with a message, will be presented.
Likewise, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak will propose sending the Armed Police Force, Nepal Bill, 2081 to the relevant committee for clause-wise discussion.
He will also introduce a motion for clause-by-clause discussion of the Nepal Citizenship (Second Amendment) Bill, 2081, after which the proposed amendments will be reviewed and decided upon.
Furthermore, Home Minister Lekhak will put forward a proposal for the final passage of the Nepal Citizenship (Second Amendment) Bill, 2081.
