KATHMANDU: A meeting of the ruling parties will be held today at 11 a.m.
The decision to convene the meeting was made during the high-level political machinery session of the government held on Friday.
The joint meeting has been called after the Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal and the Loktantrik Samajwadi Party publicly expressed their views on the land ordinance and opposed it.
It is expected that the working group on constitutional amendments will present its views, and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission will also be discussed in today’s meeting.
