KAILALI: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said that his party has seriously taken the demands of martyrs and disappeared persons’ families.

Addressing a meeting and interaction programme with the families of martyrs held at Phulbari Depot Bazaar in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-18 today, he recalled the significant contribution of the martyrs and enforced disappeared persons in making the armed war a success.

Chair Dahal said that work is being done to understand the problems by holding consultation with the martyrs and enforced disappeared persons’ families across the country.

“We have neither forgotten your pain nor will we forget it,” he said.

Receiving a memorandum on behalf of the martyrs’ families on the occasion, Chair Dahal pledged to work keeping the demands of the martyrs and disappeared families in high priority.
