CHITWAN: Joint General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, Jivan Pariyar, has said the party will hold its general convention within a year.

Talking to media persons here Wednesday, leader Pariyar said the NC will hold its general convention within December this year. “If we fail to conduct the conclave to decide on party leadership, party will face legitimacy crisis,” he warned.

In a different note, he said the current government runs as per the written agreement between NC and UML.
