KATHMANDU: Opposition Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmakers appeared again in the House of Representatives on Friday dressed in black clothing and wearing blue scarves.

This comes despite objections raised by the ruling Nepali Congress during Tuesday’s session over the blue scarves.

RSP male MPs wore black coats and trousers complemented by blue ribbons, while female MPs donned black or black-patterned sarees.
