Sidhakura online case goes to full bench

 The Supreme Court is to hear the Sidhakura online case before a full bench.

The case relating to the news and audio disseminated by sidhakura.com required judicial interpretation, according to justices Kumar Chundal and Binod Sharma.

"The video clips and the scientific report on disputed conversation downloaded on mobile phone warrants judicial interpretation to ascertain whether it defamed Supreme Court justice, legal practitioners, media sector," reads the order issued by the division bench of justices Chundal and Sharma today.

Earlier, the central investigation bureau of Police Headquarters had found that the publicity by the sidhakura.com was false.
