Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Mum Ali Sabry has arrived in Kathmandu on a four-day visit on Wednesday.
The Sri Lankan Minister arrived here to attend the first meeting of Nepal-Sri Lanka Joint Commission He was was received by Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal at Tribhuvan International Airport, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Joint Commission meeting is being held on December 21 to 22. The meeting will have participation of officials from various ministries from Nepal, while the Nepali delegation will be led by Foreign Minister NP Saud.
The foreign ministers will also hold a bilateral meeting.
Moreover, the Sri Lankan Minister is scheduled to pay courtesy call on President Ram Chandra Paudel and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
