25 people who were trapped in the flood in the Mohana River along with the rains have been rescued safely. Residents of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-14 of Kailali district went to cut grass across the river and were stranded when the flow of water suddenly increased in that river. BOP Phulwari rescued them safely using a rubber boat.
