No purchase of new vehicles, furniture, Agriculture, energy and tourism budgets have been prioritized. The Minister of Finance said that the priority of the budget has been decided with the aim of reducing the gap between the rich and the poor. Long-term and broad economic goals have been taken by making the economy dynamic. To achieve the objectives of the budget, the limits of the ministerial budget have been determined.
The Ministry of Forestry and Environment has to give a decision within 30 days to approve the environmental impact assessment.
Arrangements will be made so that re-evaluation is not required.
Except for the project of national pride, if the project is not completed within three years, the consent of the contractor will be revoked. Construction business will be made efficient and transparent.
In order to facilitate the supply of construction materials, an arrangement will be made to extract stones and gravel sand from mines identified as suitable for the environmental study at the specified time. In order to adopt frugality in general expenditure, 20 institutions will be abolished and similar institutions will be adjusted.
Incentives and overtime allowances will be abolished. No new posts will be sanctioned in government services next year. New vehicles, furniture, and other materials will not be purchased in the financial year.
