Nepal enters the finals of the SAFF U-20 Championship

 Nepal has reached the final of SAFF U-20 Championship.

Nepal entered the final after defeating Bhutan 4-1 in the penalty shootout. After the scheduled 90 minutes of the game ended in a tie, the game was decided by a penalty shoot out.

Ram Thapa, Avinash Syangtan, Simanta Thapa, and Ziarath Sheikh scored on behalf of the Nepali team in the penalty shoot out. Only Jetsun Dorjee scored for Bhutan.

Goalkeeper Ziarath Sheikh of Nepal saved two penalties of Bhutan.

 The second semi-final will be between India and Bangladesh. The final will be held on Wednesday.
