Gyanendra Malla, the former captain of the Nepali national cricket team, has retired from international cricket.
He announced his retirement at a press conference in Kathmandu. He was involved in cricket since 2005. He played in various important international tournaments from Nepal and became the captain of the Nepali national team in 2019.
He was removed from the captaincy by the Nepal Cricket Association after he raised his voice about the rights of the players. Gyanendra has played 37 ODIs and 45 T20Is for Nepal.
