With at least 25 people dead in Mississippi, tornadoes that ravaged parts of the Deep South overnight were the deadliest in the state in more than a decade, according to National Weather Service records.
At least 23 people were killed and dozens injured as tornado and strong thunderstorms swept across Mississippi, US, late Friday, leaving a trail of damage for over 100 miles, ABC News reported citing local and federal authorities said.
