The gold price has dropped by Rs. 500 in the Nepali market today. The price of Chhapawal gold, which was traded at Rs 90,900 on Wednesday, has been fixed at Rs 89,600 today. According to the data released by the Federation of Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs of Nepal, acid gold was traded at Rs 89,650 per ounce on Wednesday.
According to the federation, the price of silver has decreased by Rs 10 per ounce today as compared to Wednesday. Silver was traded at Rs 1,165 per ounce on Wednesday and today it has been fixed at Rs 1,155 per ounce.
The Federation determines the price of gold and silver in Nepal on the basis of international gold and silver trading prices. Gold is being traded at 1,764.08 US dollars per ounce in the international market today.
