The District Administration Office, Kathmandu has stated that programs like Deusi, Bhailo can only be played in the valley till 9 pm.
Similarly, sale and distribution of items such as fireworks has been banned. The office has requested to perform puja by following safety protocols and to avoid crowd in temples and monasteries.
Similarly, any act that disturbs peace and security is also prohibited.
