From today, the government will not be able to make decisions from employee transfers, postings to political appointments. The Election Commission had set the deadline of September 5 so that the upcoming November 20 election would not be affected by the government's decision.
Two and a half months before the start of the election, the commission has stopped the government's decision. Similarly, foundation laying and inauguration have also been banned.
There is a provision that the government can transfer employees and make political appointments with the consent of the commission if it is absolutely necessary for election purposes or if it does not have any effect on the election.
