A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) today unanimously endorsed the proposal to suspend a rule to ask questions to the Prime Minister.
The session observed the suspension of the rule as there were many aspirants to put questions before the head-of-the government in today's session. The proposal was tabled by Ramesh Lekhak by Rule 252 of the House of Representatives and endorsed by the meeting unanimously, Speaker Devraj Ghimire said.
The proposal limited the number of lawmakers for putting questions before the Prime Minister to 15 in today's session. The provision was required due to the time limit for questioning the Prime minister.
