The lowest temperature of the year in Kathmandu Valley has been recorded. The minimum temperature was recorded at 8.6 degree Celsius on Thursday morning as the temperature fell across the country.
According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, this year has recored the lowest temperature ever. The minimum temperature in the valley was measured at 9 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and 9.2 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. Meteorologist, Pratibha Manandhar informed that it will be colder as the weather will be clear throughout the day.
Jumla and Dolakha have the lowest temperature. The minimum temperature was recorded at 2 degrees Celsius on this morning, according to the department.
