Issuing a statement, the metropolis has ordered to close the school if any of the students, teachers or other staff have been diagnosed with COVID-19. The school will have to be closed for at least a week until further notice, and find an alternative way to operate classes.
Other schools have been ordered to operate following safety measures like social distancing, compulsory use of mask, regular washing of hands and use of sanitiser on the basis of mutual understanding and cooperation with the guardians.
