Swostishree SEE Carnival completes on Sunday under the organization of Swostishree Gurukul IB World School. Futsal, basketball and table tennis, creative writing, and art competitions were organized in the carnival.
In boys' singles table tennis, Allen Maharjan of Adarsh Vidya Mandir came first and Shivbhakt Shrestha of Little Angels came second. Ivana Thapa of AVM became the first and Vianka Rai became the second in the goals of that competition. AVM bagged the top spot in the boys and girls team event and bagged a cash prize of 15,000.
In Boys' Futsal, Team Premier won the title and Secret Heart School finished second. The winner received a cash prize of 55,000 and the runner-up received a cash prize of 30,000.
Sarthak Thapa of Malpi International School became the best player, Kendraraj Kulung of Secret Heart became the best goalkeeper and Mahesh Darnal of Team Premier became the top scorer. 16 teams competed in Futsal.
In Boys' Basketball, Team Hrithik became the winner and Team Grandy became the runner-up. The winner was awarded 30,000 and the runner-up with 15,000 cash. Team Hrithik's Sushant Karki was declared 'Most Valuable Player'.
Darshita Bhandari of Millsberry School won in creative writing and Sukriti Lamichhane of Imperial School won in an art competition.
The winners were presented by former Deputy General Manager of Nepal Television Kiranman Chitrakar, President of All Nepal Football Association Pankaj Vikram Nemwang, General Secretary of Nepal Basketball Association Narendra Thapa, Chief Table Tennis Coach Sanjiv Dhungel, Managing Director of Swastishree Meena Maharjan Chitrakar, Brand Ambassador of Swastishree and former captain of Nepal National Football Team Anil Gurung, Neha KC, principal of Swastishree, among others, gave the award during a program.
