The 11th edition of the Nepal European Union (NEUFF) film festival begins in Nepal. The festival is organized in Kathmandu in the hall of the Film Development Board, at Chabahil from 28 Oct to 1st Nov and in Surkhet in the hall of the Mid-West University from 5 Nov to 8, Nov. Entrance is free for all interested on a first come first serve basis.
