Nepali film actor Karishma Manandhar is hoping to enrol on Bachelor's course as she has completed taking class XII examinations today. Class XII exams started on September 16.
The popular actor passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) in 2076 BS.
The 47-year-old actor has been studying at Kitani Secondary School, a community school located in Godawari, Lalitpur.
Earlier this week, Former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli telephoned actor Karishma Manandhar and made an enquiry about her ongoing class XII examinations. Manandhar took to her social media account to share that former Prime Minister Oli talked to her over the phone to know about her exams.
Meanwhile, Manandhar has shared glimpses of her today’s examination on her Facebook. In a caption, she has written ‘goodbye XII, see you everyone in Bachelor’.
Manandhar was born on January 30, 1974. She made her acting debut at the age of 23 in the 1988 Nepali film 'Santaan'.
She has acted in hit films like Santaan, Basanti, Maya's Bar, Dhukdhuki, Bhauju and Basanti among others.
Manandhar, the producer-turned actor who tied the knot with actor and producer Binod Manandhar at the age of 19 has a daughter.
This has proved that age has no limitation for education. Anyone at any age can study and achieve a high degree.
