Healthy sex life is crucial for a couple's overall mental, physical and emotional well-being. Staying true to this, an elderly newlywed American couple has proved that there's no such thing as being too old for good sex.
According to Insider, the 70-year-old bride, Cynthia Kase, and the 69-year-old groom, James Clark, who met on a dating app about a year and a half ago, now spend hours together in the bedroom getting lost in sex, often twice a day, daily. They say that they have been having the best-quality sex of their lives.
The couple had recently appeared on a podcast named 'Dr Sex Fairy' by Kanwal Bawa, DO, a cosmetic surgeon who performs sexual wellness procedures. There, Bawa revealed that Kase had sought a treatment named O-shot from her which helps rebuild vaginal tissue and enhances clitoral sensitivity, though there's no solid research on its effectiveness.
Talking about what works for them, Kase, a widowed mother of one in Boca Raton, says, "I know that Jim's going to satisfy me. Jim's always in the mood. Sometimes the only reason we stop is that we can't move anymore."
Like several men of his age, Clark too had issues with having an erection and a few months after meeting his wife, he too went for the male counterpart of that treatment. "They had a libido, but they didn't have the function to go with it," said Bawa on her podcast, as per Insider.
"It's the most satisfying sex of my life," said Kase, with Clark enthusiastically agreeing. The couple says having a bedroom on a separate floor is key to sharing Kase's 4,400-square foot home with her adult son. "She's vocal. I wouldn't want anyone standing outside the door," said Clark.
Kase added, "there's no reason not to enjoy sex when you're old," as long as both partners are up for it physically and mentally.
She also admitted that their sex life might leave some friends slack-jawed: "There's maybe a little bit of jealousy," she said. However, Clark added to that by saying "I just feel like sex is a gift from God and it would be a waste not to enjoy it."
The outlet reported that before their destined meet, Kase used to design financial trading software, while Clark was a pro poker player in Las Vegas. Initially, after being connected online, Clark went for a three-day visit to Florida to meet Kase. Their meeting ended up being a six-day sex marathon, including one five-hour session.
Later, Clark, who's been divorced for 10 years with an adult daughter, shifted to Kase's town and dated her for nine months before tying the knot and now lives with Kase and her 38-year-old son, Danny, as per Insider.
