Swosthani fasting festival has started from today. It will last a month.

 The devotees of Hinduism began worshiping by fasting and reciting stories. On this occasion, a Madhavnarayan fair has started today for a month at Shalindi in Sankhu, which is located at a distance of 18 km in the north-eastern part of Kathmandu Valley.
