Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation on Sunday, according to reports. According to the Turkish President's Office, the two sides agreed to develop bilateral relations and work together in various fields of regional development.
He also discussed Syria and Libya, in addition to bilateral interests. According to a statement issued by the Turkish President's Office on Sunday, the two leaders also discussed joint military exercises and exchanges of cooperation.
