One person died in Chitwan due to Corona

One person has died due to corona in Chitwan district. The deceased is a 64-year-old man from Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality 10, Health Office Chitwan said.

According to the head of the office, Durga Chapagai, he was being treated at Chitwan Medical College due to pneumonia and was confirmed to be infected with Corona. He died on Saturday due to an infection.

Ten people are currently infected in Chitwan. According to statistics, there are eight in Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality, one each in Ratnanagar and Kalika Municipalities. All the infected are in home isolation.
